SiteLink International Introduces World First Self Storage Software Certification Program.
Sitelink International, based in Brisbane, Australia recently introduced its “SiteLink Certified Professional” program of software skills certification for users of the multi Award winning SiteLink Web Edition software.
Used by more than 90% of large operators in South East Asia and many hundreds of smaller operators, the new software certification is a world first and has met with huge success.
“Self Storage staff really have up until now, no real opportunity to have an industry based professional career qualification” Dallas Dogger said.
“We have designed and implemented an online system of education based training with ten modules from beginner to advanced”. He said.
The courses are self paced with a test at the conclusion of each module and staff can take the course at no additional cost to the normal monthly subscription.
Staff completing the courses have their skill is checked and Certification is granted. Group regional managers also can review staff progress and offer assistance and the courses are browser based allowing for completion on any internet connected device.
